This class bridges the gap between Functional Training, Strength training, and Bodybuilding
Focusing on building strength that translates directly to your daily life and athletic pursuits.
Each class is structured to provide a full-body workout, alternating between:
Anterior Muscles (Tues)
Posterior Muscles (Thurs)
Our dynamic session includes:
10-minute mobility and warm-up to prepare your body for optimal performance
Power, Rotation, Cross Body, and Stability exercises to improve overall functional fitness
Power Lifts to build strength and explosive power
Bodybuilding Supersets to target specific muscle groups efficiently and with Aesthetics in mind
Muscular Endurance training to increase stamina and resilience
